FOR: McLeod & Associates (McLeod Law), an immigration law firm that went from turning away clients pre-COVID to fighting for survival in a quieter post-COVID market.
WHAT: A comprehensive video-led digital marketing campaign featuring a hero film, three client testimonial videos, and three FAQ videos, hosted on a bespoke leads page and promoted via Google Ads and Meta advertising.
RESULTS:
- Business Turnaround: The campaign generated a “flood” of new client leads over one year, achieving a strong 6:1 ROI.
- Successful Pivot: The success enabled a partner lawyer, James, to later start his own immigration law firm.

Pre COVID-19, McLeod Law were turning away NZ Partnership Visa Clients due to limited Consulting resource. Their KPIs were forecast to incrementally grow YOY. We produced seven key pieces of video content for this campaign; One hero film, three testimonial video interviews – featuring real people sharing their joy around getting their NZ Residency approved – and three short films answering the biggest prospect questions. We set up a bespoke leads page and then managed a Google Ads and Meta digital marketing campaign featuring video Ads.

Key Results:

The campaign ran for one year generating a flood of new Client Leads with an ROI of 6:1. Shortly after, James broke away to start his own immagration law firm.
